Objective: Design the visual identity for Pencils of Promise’s 10th Annual Gala, creating a cohesive and impactful brand system for the event. Develop the logo, branding, and marketing assets to unify the experience across print, digital, and on-site materials—elevating the event’s presence while staying true to PoP’s mission.

Beyond the ordinary
Celebrating the transformative power of education came to life with a visual identity inspired by the theme, "Beyond the Ordinary." Celestial imagery symbolized limitless dreams and the boundless possibilities that begin in the classroom.
A sophisticated black-and-white palette set the tone for an elegant evening. Branded graphics, experiential venue design, stage visuals, and printed materials all worked together to create a cohesive, immersive atmosphere. The design elevated the experience for high-profile guests, including celebrities and influential leaders, who filled the venue in support of the cause.
The event was a resounding success, raising over $2 million to further educational initiatives. The thoughtful design not only captivated attendees but also reinforced the gala’s inspiring mission, proving that dreams really can go beyond the ordinary.

A DECADE OF PENCILS OF PROMISE
Designed assets included email blasts, digital and printed save-the-dates, invitations, and promotional graphics for social media. Each piece featured bold, celestial-inspired designs that pushed boundaries, creating an immersive and aspirational experience.
